We
were watching the movie Home tonight, which centers around an alien race (the
Bhoov) that is looking for a new planet to call home after a rival alien race
destroys their planet. They decide to colonize Earth, which forces many humans
into concentration camps. We follow one outcast alien who teams up with a human
to help her find her mother. At one point, the alien is exposed to some music
by Rhianna, and he can’t help but shake his tentacles to the beat. Toward the
end of the movie, the outcast alien introduces the other aliens to the music,
and they all start dancing uncontrollably. He shouts out, “Get your Bhoov on!”
Which makes sense because Bhoov sounds like groove.
After
Troy saw the movie, he started dancing too. He looked just like the aliens with
their erratic uncontrollable gyrations. So, I started yelling, “Get your Bhoov
on, Baby!”
