Well, I found a new exercise to add to the "Working Out with a Baby" workout video. In the last edition, I was bench-pressing Troy, while he held himself stiff and straight in my hands. I have also done crunches with him laying on my chest and push-ups with him draped across my back. CC also had Declan sitting on his legs while he attempted to do leg lifts.
But today, I added baby squats, putting him up on my shoulders and doing squats while my wife filmed it. Troy was laughing the entire time, so I guess he approved of my form. It's always nice when you can combine exercise and entertaining your son.
