I
love my son’s smiles. He has different ones.
There’s the “wild and free” smile that he uses when he’s kicking his legs and pumping his arms for no reason at all.
There’s the “humor me” smile that he gives me when I’m doing something goofy.
There’s the “I crack myself up” smile that he gives himself when he blows bubbles.
And there’s the “I love my mommy” smile that he gives my wife when she’s talking to him and telling him what a beautiful boy he is.

But my all time favorite has got to be his “I’m up to no good” smile that he gives us when he’s being mischievous and trying to get away with something. He tilts his head down and looks so coy and innocent, but there’s something in his eyes that tells you he knows exactly what he’s doing. It always makes me laugh.
